Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: 300 Local Bank Officer Posts Are Now Accepting Applications.
The hiring procedure for local bank officer posts in the Junior Management Grade (JMG) grade has begun at Indian Bank. The application period is open from August 13 and close on September 2 for a total of 300 positions spread across five states. The positions are temporary in nature and could alter in response to the bank’s actual demands.

Educational Qualification for Indian Bank Recruitment
a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from an Indian university accepted by the government, or an equivalent credential accepted by the national government.
Pay Scale and Benefits
Pay scale for scale 1 is as follows: Rs 48,480, Rs 2000/7, Rs 62,480, Rs 2,340/2, Rs 67,160, Rs 2680/7, Rs 85,920.
DA, CCA, HRA, leased housing, leave fare concession, medical assistance, hospitalization benefits, retirement benefits, and other perks in accordance with bank and industry regulations are additional benefits.
Selection Process
The interview procedure follows the shortlisting of applications, or it may involve an online or written test and then an interview.
There will be 155 questions totaling 200 marks in the three-hour exam.
There is no penalty for questions left unanswered, however incorrect responses will result in a penalty equal to one-fourth of the mark.
Based on how well they performed on the written exam, candidates will be contacted for interviews at a ratio of three times the number of vacancies for unreserved categories and five times the vacancies for reserved categories.

For SC/ST/PWBD candidates, the total cost is Rs 175 (including GST) (intimation charges only)
Rs 1,000 (GST included) for every additional candidate
Exam Centres and Interview Locations
If necessary, the exam will be given in a number of locations around India. The bank will determine whether to conduct interviews in person or online, and they will take place in Chennai or other locations. The bank retains the authority to place applicants in centers other than the one they have selected. Candidates must assume all risks and costs associated with the test/interview; requests for adjustments to the location will not be granted. The list of test and interview locations is also subject to change or cancellation by the bank.
